Maggie grew up in the PNW with a passion for all things sports. She grew up playing soccer and basketball before picking up climbing in college. She also enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and surfing.
Maggie has a passion for empowering women in the fitness world. She also enjoys sharing her love for the outdoors and fitness lifestyle with the CrossFit community.
In rehab, Maggie believes that movement is medicine. She creates fitness-forward programs that combine hands-on work with individual exercise prescriptions. Maggie also understands that no two humans are the same, especially when it comes to energy, nutrition, and hydration. Therefore, every rehab session is designed to meet you where you are in your season of life while making it fun, active and rewarding.

Dr. Isaiah uses a holistic approach when treating clients and is a firm believer in meeting people where they are at in the rehabilitation process to maximize functional potential. Treatments are catered towards current status and personalized functional goals. To Isaiah, every session serves as an opportunity to provide education and resources for clients to have the best possible outcomes.
